Arabian Nights on tour

TAUNTON Thespians are on their summer tour, this year bringing a new adaptation of the Tales from 1001 Arabian Nights to historic venues across Somerset, until

Director Lorna Evans has adapted the stories for this new dramatisation, which features more than 60 colourful costumes, with music, dance, songs, comedy, drama and a final magical sparkling surprise.

The tour is at Compton House Hotel, Axbridge, on Tuesday 26th July, Fyne Court on the Quantocks on Wednesday 27th, Muchelney Abbey on Thursday 28th July and Hartwood House, Crowcombe Heathfield on Friday 29th.

Tickets are available at www.tauntonthespians.org.uk, from Taunton Visitor Centre on 01823 340470 or at the venues on the performance night. Gates open at 6pm for picnics, and the show starts at 7.30pm.
