Monday 19th – Kimmeridge Seashore Explorers, 11am – 4pm. Take on the Kimmeridge Seashore Explorer family challenge this summer and hire a Seashore Explorer backpack full of fun activities, equipment and ID guides to help you complete the tasks. Wild Seas Centre.
Tuesday 20th – Chesil Strandline Detectives, 11am, Chesil Beach Centre, walk along Chesil Beach and hunt the strandline for wildlife treasure washed in from the sea,s a great way to find out what lives in the deeper water as you look for rare pink sea fans, shark eggcases. No need to book.
Wednesday 21st – Discover the alien world of plankton, 11am, Wild Seas Centre, Kimmeridge, Plearn all about the bizarre and fascinating micro-world of plankton, with plankton themed craft activities and a quiz to test your knowledge. No need to book. .

Sunday 25th – Chesil Challenge, 11am; can you complete the Chesil Challenge? A children’s treasure trail inside and outside the Centre looking for clues to solve puzzles about Chesil Beach and the Fleet Lagoon. No need to book. .

Thursday 29th – Wildlife Wellbeing Walk, 11am – 12pm, gentle, relaxing, health walk around Chesil Beach and the Fleet Lagoon, taking in the seasonal wildlife. Over 18’s only. All abilities welcome. FREE event. No need to book. Chesil Beach Centre.
Crab watch, search for and record crabs on the seashore, 1pm, Wild Seas Centre, Kimmeridge; learn more about crabs, the different species that can be found and how to record them. Not recommended for children under eight.
Friday 30th – Seashore safare, Fleet Lagoon, 12.30pm; join DWT at low tide to explore the amazing underwater world of the Fleet Lagoon. Hunt for the marine wildlife which calls our shores their home. No need to book. Chesil Beach Centre.
