BRISTOL-based chef, restaurateur and food writer Elly Pear is coming to the Roth Bar & Grill at Hauser & Wirth, Bruton, on Thursday 19th March, for a dinner featuring recipes from her latest book, Green: Veggie and vegan meals for no-fuss weeks and relaxed weekends.
The event will celebrate Elly’s vibrant cooking style with dishes that will inspire both the committed vegan or vegetarian, as well those looking to move towards a more flexitarian diet. The evening will begin with Elly introducing the menu and talking about her food career to date.
Elly Curshen, founder of Bristol’s Pear Café, better known as Elly Pear and author of Sunday Times bestseller, Fast Days and Feast Days (2016), is passionate about encouraging people to cook from scratch and try new things. Her bright, inventive, meat-free cooking is influenced by world cuisine but always with an eye on the local greengrocers. Her second book, published in 2017, was Elly Pear’s Let’s Eat!
Green was published in May 2019.
