TROWBRIDGE Town Hall hosts bgroup in Point of Echoes on Friday 16th February at 7.30pm.
Described as an intimate new dance-theatre work, it is a haunting tale of love, death and monsters, blending the tones of a Wes Anderson movie with the eerie dread of The Twilight Zone.
It is set in 1978, when, isolated from the mainland, Eric Valentine and Bernard Humphries have been stationed at Echo Point lighthouse, somewhere off the coast of England. They are strangers to one another, and have just begun to lay down the foundations of a friendship when disaster strikes and a mysterious stranger arrives.
Choreographer Ben Wright and musician and writer Stuart Warwick have collaborated to bring you bgroup’s most intimate and theatrical production to date.
