THE Bath based theatre company New Old Friends is out on the road with Crimes on the Coast (a new name for its 2018 success Crimes Under the Sun), returning to Bath Theatre Royal (where it started) on 30th September and 1st October.
Set in a secluded island hotel just off the English coast, it;s not long before the hideaway becomes a crime scene, as a scandal-inducing femme-fatale is felled. All the guests on the island are suspects, but are they alone? Is all quite what it seems?
Four actors playing multiple outrageous characters in a plot inspired by Agatha Christie, Noel Coward and PG Wodehouse, romping along in the company’s trademark style.
The Autumn tour continues at the Octagon Theatre in Yeovil on 2nd October, at the Berry Theatre outside Southampton on17th October, Weymouth College’s Bay Theatre on 22nd October and Exeter Northcott the following night.
