Off to see the Wizard at the Brewhouse

THE Yellow Brick Road might not lead through the Coal Orchard car park this Christmas, but it will take audiences all the way to the Brewhouse Theatre for the seasonal production of The Wizard of Oz, on stage from 7th to 30th December.

Suitable for anyone of five and older, it’s the ideal show for all the family.

The new adaptation includes the familiar songs from the Oscar-winning movie, as well as all  the favourite characters and iconic moments – as well as a few surprises along the way!

Get ready to click your heels  and join Dorothy and Toto, Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion as they travel towards the Emerald City where their dreams will come true. Watch out for the Wicked Witch of the West and her monkeys, not to mention the field of poppies.

The cast includes Hannah Morrison as Dorothy, Tom Babbage as the Scarecrow, Ales Morgan as the Cowardly Lion, Kieron Murch as the Tin Man, Sarah Waddell as the Wicked Witch, Jennifer Harraghy as the good witch Glinda and Jeremy Randall as the Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
