Street arts take over Exeter

THE 2019 Exeter Street Arts Festival transforms the city centre and the Phoenix on Saturday 24th August, from 10am til late.

The festival, in its fourth year, fills the city with colour and sound in a free celebration of music, dance and arts throughout the day and a flamboyant party as  night falls. This year’s headliner is  Yellowman, famed in Reggae circles.

There will be giant kangaroos on bouncing stilts by Roo’d, workshops with Urbanflow street dance and Miss C’s graffiti academy as well as Big Fish Little Fish and their family rave! Then there’s snake charming, storytelling,  and a whole host of music and bands including Afro-fusion band Dakar Audio Club.
