RACHEL Sargent is one of the artists with work in the summer exhibition at the Glebe Gallery, near Shaftesbury, on the Wiltshire-Dorset border. The exhibition, which runs to 12th July, includes paintings, prints and sculptures.
The gallery, owned and run by James and Flora Harvey, specialises in traditional contemporary art. There are two mixed artists exhibitions a year at the Glebe Gallery, and the couple also run a series of exhibitions at Donnington Priory in Newbury.
Flora has a PR and marketing background combined with 10 years gallery experience working with her husband James who has owned and managed galleries both in London and New York. James recently founded The Auction Hub, an online platform that offers one stop solutions for selling house contents and collections.

The other artists taking part are painters Jessica Gale, Daisy Sims Hilditch, Venetia Syms, Hannah Fowler,Georgina Potter, Sam Travers, print-maker Colin Moore, and wildlife and animal sculptors Jane Shaw and Laura Pentreath.
Rachel Sargent is one of 80 artists with work in the Dorset Art Weeks online auction, which runs from 7th to 19th July. The auction was set up after this year’s art weeks was cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions.
