Summer cinema under the stars

PURBECK Film Festival has three more films on offer in its now traditional cinema under the stars  season.

Over the August Bank Holiday weekend there is a triple bill of some of the most successful films this year – How to Train your Dragon: The Hidden World (PG) on Friday 23rd, Mary Poppins Returns (U) on Saturday 24th and Bohemian Rhapsody (12A), on Sunday 25th August.

This year’s Purbeck Film Festival will take place in 37 venues across the Purbecks and into Poole and Bournemouth, from 18th October to 2nd November. Themes this year in the programme of more than 70 films will include borders, music in film and ecological features.
