SPRINGHEAD, the sustainability and environmental charity based at Fontmell Magna, celebrates the garden’s magical waterscape on Friday 6th November with Tales of Clear Waters: an Evening of Stories, Songs and Memories inspired by Springhead.
Organised by storyteller and Springhead trustee Taprisha, it will include stories and fables from across the world and through the ages inspired by life-giving springs, clear running streams and silent pools.
Three inspirational local storytellers will come together to weave a range of watery tales to enthral, surprise and delight. They are Tim Laycock, Dorset’s celebrated storyteller, actor and folk musician, Tony Horitz, performer, playwright, storyteller and director, and Taprisha.
The performance will start at 7pm and end by 9pm; there will be a 30 minute interval. Wine, beer and soft drinks will be available in the pop-up café from 6.15pm throughout the evening. Tickets (£14 per person plus a booking fee) are available from Ticketsource. For further information please contact us at info@nullspringheadtrust.org.uk or 01747 811853.
Proceeds from the evening will go towards the educational work of the Springhead Trust.
